REFUND POLICY

This agreement ends for any of the following reasons before we install a system at your premises and we will refund all of the money you have paid under this agreement. 

1) 14 days cooling period, Within 14 days after accepting this agreement;

2) If we haven’t delivered and installed the system at your property within 7 weeks after the target date;

3) if the price increase notice is given and you chose to end the agreement rather than accept the price increase; and

4) If any of the equipment quoted is unattainable and you do not agree to equipment of similar quality and price to be substituted or if you disagree you can ask for a full refund.

5) All our transaction of payment is on AUD(Australian Dollar).
